| The company is the supplier and/or manufacurer of CNC machine tools for metal cutting – including wide range of machines with its own brand name BOST Advanced Precision:
- Lathes 2-12 axis, upto 2000mm turning dia., 12.000mm bed length
- Vertical Machining Centers 3-5 axis, many solutions + big sizes
- Horizontal Machining Centers, Vertical Lathes, Grinders, etc.
- robotic solutions for the different sectors of industry, especially machine loading
Machinery division is equiped with wide range of modern CNC, up to date Technologies (0-5 yrs old), Quality Control center incl 3D measuring system from Wenzel. We have well skilled sales/technologic Department and we can communicate with customers in English, German, French and Russian. Our activities include:
- machining of higly precised components for machine-tools industry, hydraulics, automotive, electronics industry with precise CNC lathes and swill type lathes
- 3-4-5 axis precise machining of parts and molds for different industries on VMCs including medical, electrotechnical and aerospace
- in-house manufacture of various tooling, chucks under our brand name BOST Advanced Precision
Our other activities include:
- Research and Development in Robotic solutions and machining
- Training of CNC machining and robotization for both Slovak and International Companies (including Iraq, Russia, Croatia)
- Sales and Development of Photovoltaic and Thermal Energy Projects
- Moving and Installation of various Automation lines, systems or factories (projects in Europe+Russia)
- we specialize in service and re-calibration of CNC machines including big portal centers with newest tools including laser interferometer and ballbar
- Joint Venture with University of Trencin in Education
- we have established and together with SARIO we coordinate Export Alliance of Production Technologies (EAST) which puts together companies active in Slovakian Industry especially for the machining, automation and Technologies. EAST is a partner for various projects, tenders, etc.
Our company offers its free capacity and serveices in:
- wide range of machining operations on CNC lathes and swiss type lathes (from small batches upto mass production) and VMCs (3-5 axis machining) with excellent quality control. We work with all kinds of metal incl. hardened steel, stainless and special steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper, plastics, etc.
- assembly of machined parts
- service and maintenance of machine-tools and Fanuc robots
- solutions for automatic and/or robot loading and unloading, paletization, machining, robot plasma and water-jet cutting, etc.
- manufacture of standardized robotic cells for machines
- instalation and moving of variouse automatic lines and factories
- Service and calibration (eliminating of bad performence of machines by correction of CNC system) of CNC machines with laser interferometer
